Zirstar (full contour zirconia) crowns are a functional and aesthetic solution for your patients. By cutting out the room needed for porcelain it becomes a low clearance (1.0 mm minimum) option with a strength that reduces fractures for patients that suffer from bruxism. For a layered and heightened aesthetic option you can also upgrade to Zirstar-X5.

IDOC’S own Lava alternative, Galaxy is a porcelain fused to zirconia fabrication that can be single crowns, implant restorations or full mouth bridges (no unit limit). Clocking in at 1400 MPa it is a fantastic option for any patient looking for a metal free alternative.
A classic porcelain fused to zirconia crown and bridge restoration with a brand name that guarantees quality and can provide you with beautiful and strong crowns, bridges (up to 6 units) and implant restorations.
EMAX crowns are made of metal-free lithium disilicate ceramic material and provide excellent aesthetics and transparency. It has an average strength of 500 mpa, and the natural tooth wears less due to friction with the relative tooth. It also settles more naturally over time. In order to provide ideal results for dentists and patients, idoc mills and hand presses are ideal for single crowns, inlays, onlays and veneers.
E.max® Veneer
The patented glass ceramic material is able to closely resemble the look of natural dentition. Lithium Disilicate has a very unique crystal structure which not only gives the material superior strength, but also diffuses light similarly to natural teeth so that restorations blend flawlessly. The press technique provides an intimate fit.
GENESIS (Traditional Foil Veneer)
Our feldspathic porcelain not only provides natural opalescence and fluorescence, but exhibits a wear resistance similar to natural teeth. We have mastered the foil technique to craft a highly aesthetic result; very minimal preparation of only 0.3mm.
Porcelain fused to metal (PFM) crowns have been a dental solution for many years giving the patient a metallic strength to be proud of. At IDOC we offer Porcelain fused to metal options in the form of PFM (non-precious metal), PFS (semi-precious metal), PFG WG (white high noble gold) and PFG YG (yellow high noble gold).
IDOC offers it all when it comes to Implants. Equipped with our own milling shop we make custom abutments and crowns/bridges with any and all of the regular crown and bridge materials we offer. We know the cost of implants can be overwhelming so we offer the ‘Komplett bundle’ which includes a crown, lab analog, Cad/Cam custom abutment, and lab screw for one low price. IDOC also provides full mouth restorations and implant prosthesis including implant hybrids and overdentures. Implant abutments from Nobel Biocare and Atlantis are also available through our lab by request.
Full metal or Full gold crowns are a great way to combat a low occlusal clearance issue. FMC/FGC’s require the least amount of room to function properly of all our restoration options with a minimum of 0.5mm of clearance needed. Semi precious or gold options are available according to the patient's needs.
