For convenience and time saving in coordinating your patient schedule, you can send a digital scan files directly through your CEREC oral scanner system.

Here is the direction

① Visit https://customer.connectcasecenter.com/ and login or register to the Connect Case Center.
② Select My Favorite Laboratories on the side menu.
③ Click on “Search Labs” and Type “IDOC dental lab”
④ In the Laboratory Name field, Click the plus button next to IDOC dental lab and confirm.
⑤ After scanning, would be able to submit your digital impression files by CEREC Connect application.

Here is the direction

① In 3shape Communicate system, select the More icon.
② Open the connections tab in order to view or add lab connections, then select Labs.
③ Click on the Add and Search for IDOC to your list of labs.
④ Contact IDOC (877) 388-4362 to confirm your connection request.

Here is the direction

① Call Itero tech Support (800) 577-8767 to connect IDOC as a lab partner to your account
② Select IDOC as a lab partner and submit your digital impression files.

Here is the direction

① In Medit link program, click on the “My Account(home icon, bottom on the left side)”.
② Click on the “Partners” tab in the popped up website.
③ Type in “ben@idocdentallab.com” in the search bar in the New Partners field.
④ Click on the “Request Partership” button and confirm to send a partnership request with IDOC
⑤ Contact IDOC (877) 388-4362 to confirm your partnership request.
