  • Screw-retained crown

    A screw-retained designed fabrication is a crown and abutment that has been cement or fused together to create a one piece prosthesis that will easily insert into the implant fixture with a screw hole that’s accessible out of the occlusal table. NOTE: IDOC defaults to cement retained fabrications unless specified, therefore, if you want screw retain, please write “screw retained” on the lab slip. *The term “Screwmentable” is designated to crowns with an access hole that is cemented to a separate abutment.

  • Implants with Casting abutments (fixed)

    Casting abutments have been a fan favorite for quite some time. IDOC will cast a custom piece abutment using a Casting gold adapted sleeve and then fabricate a custom crown or bridge on the structure. This is a screw retained restoration. The Casting abutment can also be casted as a cement retained abutment with a separate crown.

  • Custom Abutment

    IDOC can mill a customized titanium or zirconia abutment in house or, if requested, we can order a genuine custom abutments from one of the many implant manufacturing partners we work with including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Atlantis, and Zimmer.

  • Implant Crown or Bridge with Stock abutments (fixed)

    For our more traditional implant option, IDOC can cast metal on a modified stock abutment. Once the stock abutments are modified, our tech will wax and cast a structure and then apply porcelain for a perfect and gorgeous finish.

  • ASC (Angulated Screw Channel)

    We offer ASC crowns and abutments from Nobel Biocare, Atlantis and TruAbutment. Contact our implant department to get you set up with the correct drivers for these systems.

  • Overdentures

    IDOC is happy to provide you with beautiful and impressive overdenture options such as locator or locator bar restorations. Having the full mouth denture restoration secured by implants continues to provide patients with a permanent smile they can be proud of. Review the details of each overdenture option below.

    Locator Overdenture: This denture snaps into implant metal housings. Upgraded denture teeth and acrylic resin for a stable and aesthetic denture option. Locator Bar Overdenture: This has a milled titanium or cast bar with locator abutments on top of the bar. A cast metal mesh will be fabricated to support the denture teeth and housings in the acrylic. Upgraded denture teeth will be used. The milled bar will be fixed in the mouth and the locator overdenture will snap onto the bar locator housings. Minimum clearance required is 15mm.

  • Fixed Hybrid/Fixed Hybrid Bar

    Fixed Hybrids and Fixed Hybrid Bars are a fantastic way of getting the best of both worlds. This choice dazzles patients with the esthetics of a CAD/CAM designed full mouth prosthesis mixed with the permanence and stability of an implant. Review our hybrid product options below.
